We know digital activity works better for some, but what does good, inclusive, and accessible digital activity look like?
Supported by Sport England, we’ll be finding out just that.
A coming together of Disabled People’s Organisations:
We’ve been working with partners to increase the stability, capacity, and representation of d / Deaf and Disabled People groups and organisations in Salford.
Accessible Streets:
Streets don’t always work for disabled people.
We worked with Salford City Council’s infrastructure teams to create guidance on how streets can be made more accessible.
Green spaces for All:
Every child should have the right to play in parks and green spaces, but it’s not always the case.
Our work with Springwood Primary school aimed to support more disabled children to do just that.
Access Salford:
Access Salford is a collective of local disabled people, with various access needs and experiences, coming together to help make their locality work better for disabled people.
Recently, we worked with MCRActive to help them make their survey as accessible and engaging as possible for disabled people, and I thought It’d be useful to share a few tips with others on this topic.
